AIM AND SCOPE
MANUSCRIPTS Manuscript should be electronically typed (MS office word format) in 12 font [Times of New Roman] size, double-spaced, with margins of at least 1.3 inches on all sides. Pages should be numbered consecutively, starting with the title page and the text arranged in the following order: Title page, Sections (Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion or Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References), Illustrations (Tables and figures along with caption and legends).
Original Articles should not have more than 16 pages, Review Articles in the range of 12-30 pages and Short Communications up to 12 pages, inclusive of illustrations.(As per the Publication Format)
Title Page: Title page contains title of the manuscript in bold face, title case (font size 14), names of the authors in normal face, title case (font size 12) followed by the address of authors in normal face, lower case (font size 12). Please provide the complete postal address or addresses with pin code number of the place(s) of the author to whom correspondence should be indicated clearly. Provide a functional email address of the corresponding author.
Abstract: An abstract not exceeding 200 words (for Short Communications between 50 –100 words) should be provided in the typed format on a separate sheet. Abstract should include aim, methods, results and conclusion.
Keywords: Minimum of 3 most important subjects must be provided in alphabetical order.
Introduction: A concise report of the background to the work to be presented, including appropriate earlier work, suitably referenced. It should be started in a separate page after keywords.
Materials and Methods: Should be continued from introduction on the same page and provide concise but complete information about the materials and equipments, the manufacturer's details. The main methods, analytical, statistical and experimental procedures used. New methods or substantially modified methods may be described with sufficient details.
Results: The important results of the work should be clearly stated and illustrated where necessary by tables and figures. The statistical management of data and significance level of the factors should be stated wherever necessary. In this part, the same data / information given in a table must not be repeated in a figure, or vice versa to avoid the unnecessary explanations of the Tables and Figures.
Discussion: This section should begin with the analysis of results from the tables and figures by considering information from the literature, making the readers to understand the problem taken and should be logical. The discussion should state the scope of the results, which need to be further explored. There is no need to include as "conclusions" at the end of discussion chapter. Results and discussion can be described together, if so "conclusions". Should be included as a separate sub title.
Conclusions: Concisely summarizes the principal conclusions of the work and highlights the wider implications. This section should not merely duplicate the abstract.
Acknowledgements: Can be given information Grand, Equipment, samples. Authors are responsible for the acknowledgement approval to use the names and scientific committees are of support.
References: The references should be cited at the end of the manuscript in the order of their appearance in the text. For citation of references with three or more authors, only the first author's name followed by et al. should be used. References to journal articles, books, chapters in books, etc. should be cited, as follows:

Illustrations: All the tables, graphs, should be submitted in form of Microsoft office 1997-2003 format. Photos, images and figures should be sent as JPEG format only. Title of the table and graphs should give Roman letters numbered, Legends of figures should be brief, but complete and self-explanatory so that the reader can easily understand the results presented in the figure. All tables and figures captions and legends should be typed on a separate page.
ETHICS AND CONSENT Publication of the manuscripts should strictly follow experiments on animals and human subjects, authors should indicate whether the procedure followed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation. Papers including animal experiments or clinical trials must be conducted with approval by the local animal care or human subject committees, respectively.

The journals published by APSR are Open Access journals, which mean that the publication cost should be covered by the author's institution or research funds. |
