Editorial Policy

 
 

Original research papers: should contain unpublished results of original research, which must be presented with sufficient details to ensure the reproducibility of the described experiments.


Short communications: provide reports on short, but completed, research or descriptions of original laboratory techniques (methods, apparatus).


Review articles: Should be concise and critical surveys of novel accomplishments in the author's research field. They may also contain original theoretical considerations. The results and role of the author's research must be clearly distinguished from the results of the investigators referenced. As far as review articles are concerned.


Case Studies: Should not exceed 3500 words with tables and figures (excluding references).
The Journal accepts original research and review manuscripts that have not been published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All manuscripts are subject to peer review and approval by the Chief Editor or editorial board before publication. Authors must prepare manuscripts to conform to the Journal style. All the manuscripts accepted for publication become the property of APSR. All requests for reassignment of the above rights should be directed to the Chief Editor.


EDITORIAL REVIEW PROCESS
Referees are assigned by the Chief Editor with the advice of the Editorial Board. Manuscripts are processed on line by the Chief Editor, Editorial Board. The electronic submission and review process is intended to complete the publication process using electronic communication between the editorial office, editors, referees, and authors. For submitted manuscripts acknowledgement will be sent to the corresponding author soon. Once an article is accepted, a final version or galley proof will be sent to the author for approval by email. Acceptance and approval will take Approximately of about three weeks from the submitted date of manuscripts. Before publishing the articles all the authors are strictly instructed to send the copy of copyright form to the chief editor of APSR for further proceedings. The article will be published periodically on the APSR web site shortly thereafter.


All expressions of opinion and statements of supposed fact appearing in the Journal are not to be regarded as necessarily expressing the policy or views of the Chief Editor or of APSR.


All articles published represent the opinion of the authors and not reflect the official policy of the APSR. Similarly, advertisements appearing in this journal does not neither mean endorsement nor approval of the quality or the value of the product by the APSR. All rights are reserved to the journal. No part may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without written permission from the editors.

Open Access Policy
All the articles published in APSR are through freely accessible online immediately after publication in an easily readable format, without any subscription or registration.


All the published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-4.0 International License, full details of which can be found https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/


Articles can be shared and adapted, provided the attribution for the work is given and that the work is not used for commercial purposes.


The journal also allows the authors to self-archive final accepted version of the articles on any OAI-compliant institutional/subject based repository.


Chief Editor will make the final decision, based on reviewer's comments / APSR Editorial or Advisory board members.
Editorial board members and review editors provide the administrative support to maintain the integrity of peer review process.


Waiver Policy
APSR may grant the partial/full waiver in article processing charges to the authors those are unable to pay the charges due to financial crisis. Only the authors from can apply for waiver. Waiver is applicable for one article per year for each submitting author.
